An eight-year-old boy from Chesterfield has been given a special bravery award for making a 999 call which helped save his mother’s life.
Mitchell Taylor dialled the emergency number after seeing his mum was crying and unable to speak. Unknown to him, his mum Lauren had suffered a double stroke.
Now, Mitchell’s bravery has been recognised by the East Midlands Ambulance Service.
