In full: Sky News meets Libya’s prime minister Fayez al Sarraj

The man the United Nations recognises as Libya’s prime minister has told Sky News that his opponents, led by a warlord once loyal to the former dictator Colonel Gaddafi, should be tried for war crimes.

Fayez al Sarraj also warned that the breakdown in security could lead to hundreds of thousands of migrants – including terrorists and criminals – fleeing across the Mediterranean into Europe.

Sky’s special correspondent Alex Crawford reports from Tripoli.
