Kate Middleton tries Taekwondo and takes to the race track at SportsAid event

The Duchess of Cambridge tested her sporting credentials as she threw some punches at a SportsAid event.

Kate also took to the track at the London Stadium, the ground which hosted the 2012 London Olympics.

As Patron of Sports Aid, the Duchess was there to celebrate the role that parents and guardians play in their child’s sporting success.
