Labour refuses to say if it will ban porn under ‘free internet’ service’

One person in the audience asks whether a Labour government would use control over the broadband networks to “stop people watching porn”.

Rebecca Long-Bailey says the party would introduce a “charter of digital rights” to “protect users of the internet”.

She did not elaborate on how the party would “protect” users, or rule out the possibility of a porn block.
