President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz announced that there were some “concerns” over David Cameron’s reform pledges after the pair met for talks in Brussels on Tuesday. Cameron is in Brussels ahead of a two-day summit meeting in the Belgian capital on Thursday, where he will attempt to convince European parliamentary group leaders not to veto his reform pledge over Britain’s place in the EU.
