Tributes pour in for Gordon Banks who dies aged 81

One of the game’s greatest and a gentleman.

Just a few of the tributes paid to England and Leicester City goalkeeper Gordon Banks, who has died at the age of 81.

The 1966 World Cup winner was best known for his save from Pele at the tournament four years later.

The Brazilian described him as a “goalkeeper with magic”.
