‘You’re still too low’: Last communications from Kobe Bryant’s helicopter captured on ATC radio

Audio of air traffic control communications with a helicopter carrying basketball legend Kobe Bryant was released on Monday.

In the audio the helicopter, identified as N72EX, communicates with the Burbank and Van Nuys control towers for a short period before switching over to Socal Approach.

Socal Approach advises the helicopter pilot that he is flying at too low a level but he does not respond and radar contact is lost.
