Angela Rayner gives Boris message from ‘a man called Keir’ during PMQs

Labour’s deputy leader Angela Rayner opened PMQs by reading a message from “a man called Keir” – as she deputised for the party’s leader Keir Starmer.

The Labour leader has been self-isolating due to his child having Covid-19 symptoms, but reportedly has tested negative for the virus. The Prime Minister responded by asking where he is.
