Business confidence: Industry bosses slate ‘last-minute decisions’
A new business poll shows that trust in the government to support the growth of the economy has fallen dramatically.
Ann Francke, chief executive of the Chartered Management Institute, which ran the survey, said too many last-minute decisions on COVID-19 and Brexit had shaken faith in ministers.
