Andy Burnham has said that he believes the Covid-19 pandemic has a massive impact on the number of people being forced into temporary accommodation.
The Mayor of Greater Manchester was speaking at a Homelessness Briefing in which he confirmed 3,600 people are in temporary accommodation across the area.
