Michel Barnier says ‘Poisson’ when asked if a deal had been reached about EU fishing right

After the second day of Brexit weekend discussions in London, the EU’s chief negotiator Michel Barnier simply replied “poisson” when asked if negotiators had got any closer to reaching an agreement on fishing rights.
