UK government warns of “third wave” of coronavirus if rules relaxed – BBC News

It comes as Prime Minister Boris Johnson faces a rebellion by some of his own Conservative MPs, who believe some of the rules planned after the latest national lockdown in England is lifted go too far.
Meanwhile the UK has bought another two million doses of the Moderna coronavirus vaccine. It’s one of the three vaccines that are being put forward for regulatory approval after clinical trials.
